Process Details

A Simple Shell Home Building Process

Dillon Shell Homes keeps the building process clear from the first call. We review your lot, floor plan, foundation needs, materials, and timeline before construction begins.

We build custom shell homes on customer-owned lots across Texas, including rural land, lakefront properties, subdivisions, and family acreage. Most builds are completed within 7–10 business days once the site is ready and details are confirmed.

What to Prepare Before We Build

Before construction starts, we’ll discuss your lot access, selected floor plan, foundation needs, home size, and exterior choices.

Dillon Shell Homes can also assist with electrical, plumbing, insulation, and sheetrock options after the shell is built.
